A photographer based in Redondo Beach, Jud grew up in Venice Beach, California, where his love for the beach took root. Throughout his life, it has been where he goes to find peace, joy, inspiration, and beauty. 

Now, he goes down to the shore almost every day at sunset, digs his feet into the sand, raises his camera and does his best to capture the feeling the ocean has inspired his entire life. Each day, he  has the opportunity to notice something new, something intricate, something powerful, and it is his great privilege to capture and share these images with everyone who craves beauty and peace and joy.
